Terms & Conditions

the “Terms”

1) This Costa Coffee Drive-thru prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) is a product of Costa Coffee, Dubai (“Costa Coffee”).

2) The winner will be selected at random from participants who sign up at the Costa Coffee Drive-thru (the “Participants”)

3) The prize is a Jeep Wrangler car (the “Prize”).

4) By participating in the Prize Draw, Participants agree that they have read, understood and shall abide by all the Terms and any amendments thereto.

5) Participants will be required to purchase a product from the Costa Coffee Drive-Thru store and provide Costa Coffee with their personal information and contact details through the forms provided by Costa Coffee (the “Forms”). Forms with incomplete or incorrect information will be deemed invalid. Purchase is necessary to participate. Participants will be required to provide ID cards for verification at the time of claiming the Prize and Costa Coffee reserves the right to decline any Participant that does not provide a valid ID card.

6) The Prize Draw is commencing from 12thDecember, 2016 to 11th of January, 2017 and the winner will be announced on the 12th of January on Costa Coffee social media channels.

7) Costa Coffee is not responsible for the cancellation of the event, for any reason whatsoever

8) Costa Coffee reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any part thereof in the event the Prize or any portions thereof, are unavailable for any reason whatsoever. In this case Costa Coffee can at its own discretion either cancel the Prize Draw altogether, or find a replacement for the Prize which might be of lesser value than the Prize.

9) Employees of Costa Coffee (and their immediate families and household members), all members of coordinating agencies and their agency partners, parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, designees and affiliated entities are not eligible to participate in the Prize Draw.

10) All Participants must be 18 years or older, Participants under the age of 18 are automatically disqualified and shall have no right whatsoever to claim the Prize.

11) No substitution assignment or transfer of the Prize or cash redemption is permitted by the winner.

12) If the Prize is rejected or not redeemed for whatever reason it remains the property of Costa Coffee.

13) If a winner cannot be contacted for any reason or fails to confirm acceptance of the Prize within 15 days of notification or cannot make use of the Prize for any reason, Costa Coffee reserves the right to select an alternative winner and the original winner will be considered to have forfeited the Prize.

14) The decision of Costa Coffee is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into relating to the result of the Prize Draw.

15) The Participants and/or the winners, by participating in the Prize Draw or by accepting the Prize, agree to release Costa Coffee and its respective agency partners, parents, subsidiaries, franchisees, designees, employees and affiliated entities from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the participation, receipt, ownership and/or use of the Prize

16) Costa Coffee may contact consumers by regular mail, e-mail, SMS, telephone or any other electronic means for marketing, advertising and opinion research purposes of Costa Coffee. In order to be able to contact consumers with information which is of special interest to them, they agree that their overall interaction with Costa Coffee and any of its associated companies will be combined, analyzed and used. By accepting this, consumers further agree that Costa Coffee may provide their contact data to any of its associated companies for marketing, advertising and opinion research purposes of Costa Coffee.

17) By participating in the Prize Draw or filling the Forms, all consumers acknowledge and agree that all captured content, including but not limited to photography and videography, will be used by Costa Coffee for remarketing purposes through edits, social media or otherwise.

18) Privacy Policy for further information can be found on http://www.costacoffee.ae/privacy-policy/. Consumers can revoke their consent any time as indicated in the messages sent by Costa Coffee.

19) Costa Coffee reserves the right at all times to amend the Terms without any liability to the Participants or any third party

20) The Terms are governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of The United Arab Emirates. Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall in the first instance be submitted to and settled by the competent courts of The Emirate of Dubai, The United Arab Emirates, provided that this shall not preclude or prejudice the right of Costa Coffee to take any legal proceedings in another court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with applicable mandatory law.
